We're committed to ensuring you get the most from your Fortis gear. This page covers warranty registration, claims, and our returns process.

1. Register Your Warranty

Just purchased a Fortis product? Use the form below to register your warranty. This helps us identify your item quickly in case of future issues.

  • Register within 30 days of purchase
  • Keep your email confirmation as proof

2. Claiming a Warranty

If your product has developed a fault and you need to make a warranty claim, please follow the steps below:

  • E-Mail aftercare@fortiseyewear.co.uk with:
    • Product Name or SKU
    • A brief description of the fault
    • Clear photos showing the issue
  • Our technician will assess your claim and respond within 3–5 working days
  • If approved, we’ll advise on the next steps including repair, replacement or refund

Sunglasses – Warranty Coverage

✔️ Covered:

  • Manufacturing faults (e.g. defective hinges, faulty frames, or incorrect lens fitting)

❌ Not Covered:

  • General wear and tear over time
  • Scratches on lenses due to improper use
  • XBlok lens coating removed by incorrect cleaning methods
  • Use of non-approved cleaners (please use only Fortis Lens Cleaner)

Clothing – Warranty Coverage

✔️ Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects (e.g. stitching faults, hardware failure, lamination separation, construction flaws)

❌ Not Covered:

  • Fabric flaws caused by excessive wear
  • Broken zips due to forcing, jamming or misuse
  • Seams coming apart from overstretching
  • Buckles damaged by excessive abrasion or stress
  • Drawcords pulled out due to over-aggressive use

3. Returns Procedure (Warranty-Approved Items Only)

Please do not send any items back until your warranty claim has been reviewed and approved. Unapproved returns will not be processed or acknowledged.

If your warranty claim has been approved and you’ve been instructed to return your item, please follow these steps:

  • All garments must be washed and clean before returning
  • Any garments received unwashed will incur a £25 Reinigungsgebühr before any repair or inspection can take place
  • Ensure the item is dry, mud-free, and odour-free (especially around cuffs, hems, and inner lining)
  • Clearly write the Return ID (provided by our team) on the outside of the parcel
  • Do not include accessories unless specifically requested (e.g. belts, braces, liners)
  • Contact our team via aftercare@fortiseyewear.co.uk oder rufen Sie an 0203 441 6495 to obtain your Return ID and return instructions
  • Do not send any products without a Return ID – they will not be accepted
