The ultimate waterproof outer shell. Built for the outdoors, the Fortis Marine Jacket provides essential protection as you battle the elements. The garment features the officially licensed Realtree EDGE® pattern which was made very popular by the angling greats in the late 90’s and early 2000’s.
Meticulously designed and developed for the dedicated angler, this fully waterproof, highly breathable and ergonomically engineered jacket is the protective outer layer for our technical layering system and the perfect accompaniment to our Marine Trouser. Particular attention has been made to the cut of the jacket with its articulated sleeves – an ergonomic feature allowing your arms to remain protected whilst flexing for a cast.
A classic and relaxed fit means you can layer up accordingly throughout the seasons without restrictions.
The stormproof hood with stiffened peak provides stability and the wired edge is easily adjustable to suit conditions or headwear. Together with the higher cut soft touch lined collar, this offers extreme protection to the face so you can keep your eyes on the water at all times.
Our Triflex fabric is highly breathable and wicks away moisture generated from high levels of activity. So if you’re walking miles in search of the fish in inclement conditions, it’s easy to forget you’re wearing a waterproof until the showers roll in.

Realtree has a long history of influence in the carp fishing scene, particularly during the late 90s and early 2000s. The brand’s innovative camouflage patterns revolutionized angling apparel, offering fishermen practical benefits while blending in with nature.
Carp fishing requires patience, skill, and often involves long periods of waiting. During these times, anglers need to blend into their surroundings to avoid disturbing the fish. Realtree’s camo patterns provided an optimal solution, allowing anglers to merge seamlessly with their environment—whether it be at the bankside or in the woods by the lake.
Realtree’s designs were not only visually appealing but also incorporated advanced technology for comfort, durability, and weather resistance. This made them a favorite among Carp anglers. The apparel was designed to withstand various weather conditions—be it rain, wind, or sunshine—essential for Carp fishing, which often involves long hours outdoors.
Moreover, Realtree’s collaboration with major fishing gear companies further cemented its position in the Carp fishing scene. By integrating Realtree patterns into products such as bivvies, fishing rods, and tackle bags, these companies brought a new level of style and functionality to Carp fishing gear.
In summary, Realtree’s influence in the Carp fishing scene in the late 90s and early 2000s was significant. It introduced a unique blend of style, functionality, and innovation that continues to resonate with Carp anglers today.
