Restrictions of Use: Sunglasses are not designed for direct observation of the sun. Sunglasses do not protect against artificial light source e.g. solaria. Sunglasses for filter category 1,2 or 3 are not suitable for driving in twilight or at night. For filter category 4, sunglasses are not suitable for driving or other road use. Sunglasses are not to be used as eye protection against mechanical impact hazards. Photochromic (Switch Lenses) activation is affected by the temperature and light conditions. The filter category is referred for 23°C and bright conditions as defined by ISO12312-1 standard. Low temperature increases activation and lenses become darker than nominal value. High temperatures reduce the efficiency and lenses become less dark.
Instructions of maintenance, care and storage: To clean your sunglasses, use warm soapy water, then rinse and allow to dry. Gently rub off any remaining marks with our micro fibre cleaning cloth in a circular motion. Never use aggressive products such as solvents or detergents that may adversely affect the lenses. Store in a dry place, at room temperature. In between use, store them in the hard or soft case provided.
Warranty: We warrant your sunglasses for one (1) year from the date of their purchase against manufacturing defects and/or defects in materials. Proof of purchase is required for warranty replacement. When a manufacturing defect is found, we will repair or replace, at our discretion.
This warranty does not prejudice customers’ additional legal rights from which they may benefit accord to their national laws governing the sale of goods to consumers. In the event that we cannot repair the defective sunglasses and the exact model is no longer available or out of stock, please note that an equivalent replacement product of equal value will be provided. Please note that replacement product provided under this warranty are not eligible for exchange, nor does the replacement or repair of sunglasses under this warranty extend or renew the warranty period of the defective product.
Warranty Exclusions: This warranty does not apply to sunglasses which have been lost, altered, broken or damaged by misuse or failure to follow instruction provided with this product. We do not warrant against normal wear and tear, including lens scratching or accidental frame breakage. This warranty does not cover improper or abusive use, alteration, unauthorised modifications and repairs. We will not be held liable for any damages or deteriorations due to the insertion or insertion attempt of a replacement lens.

Once we receive your request a member of our customer service team will contact you. We reserve the right to request pictures of your product and a copy of your receipt or other proof of purchase.
