We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our growing team at our headquarters in Sevenoaks, Kent.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a fast-growing British brand, helping ensure customer orders are accurately processed and delivered while supporting the day-to-day operation of our warehouse.

About the Role

As a Warehouse Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in the smooth running of our warehouse and fulfilment operation.

You’ll be responsible for picking and packing customer orders, receiving stock deliveries, maintaining warehouse organisation and helping ensure every customer receives the highest level of service.

No fishing industry experience is required. We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfilment

• Picking customer orders accurately
• Packing orders to a high standard
• Preparing parcels for dispatch
• Printing shipping labels and paperwork

Stock Management

• Receiving incoming deliveries
• Checking stock against delivery notes
• Organising stock locations
• Assisting with stock counts and audits

Warehouse Operations

• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
• Supporting warehouse efficiency
• Assisting with seasonal stock movements
• Helping prepare product launches and promotions

Team Support

• Working closely with warehouse and office staff
• Supporting day-to-day operational requirements
• Contributing to a positive working environment

Skills & Experience

We’re interested in hearing from applicants with experience in some or all of the following:

• Warehouse experience
• Picking and packing experience
• Stock management
• Goods-in processing
• Attention to detail
• Good organisational skills
• Basic computer literacy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Location

This role is based at our headquarters in Sevenoaks, Kent.

The successful applicant will work primarily from our warehouse facility, supporting the daily fulfilment and logistics operation.
