Prescription and Health Information
An optical prescription may constitute health information and therefore receives additional protection under data protection law. We process prescription information to assess, manufacture, supply and support the prescription product you have requested. Where required, we rely on your explicit consent in addition to the contractual basis for providing the service.
You may withdraw that consent, although doing so may prevent us from completing or supporting a prescription order. Withdrawal does not affect processing that lawfully took place before consent was withdrawn.

- directly from you when you place an order, create an account, register a product, complete a form, subscribe to marketing or contact us;
- automatically from your device when you use our website, subject to your cookie choices;
- from payment providers, couriers, warehouses and other organisations involved in fulfilling your order;
- from an approved retailer where they contact us about your warranty, prescription or product enquiry with your knowledge;
- from publicly available business sources where relevant to legitimate trade or retailer relationships; and
- from recruitment agencies or referees where you have authorised this.
