12-month warranty from date of purchase.
Email aftercare@fortiseyewear.co.uk with proof of purchase, issue description, and photos.
Technician will assess and advise next steps.
No receipt? Replacement fees apply.
Not covered: Wear and tear, lens scratches, misuse, hinge/zip damage, or UV degradation.

Please refer to the care label inside your garment for washing, drying and re‑proofing guidance.

Snugpak Garments
Email aftercare@fortiseyewear.co.uk with proof of purchase, photos, and a completed Warranty Claim Form.
Snugpak will issue a returns code and address. Do not return anything without this code.
Manufacturing faults are covered under Snugpak’s warranty policy.
