HOW TO RETURN FAULTY GOODS
Returns & Warranty
Fortis Eyewear
- 12-month warranty from date of purchase.
- Email aftercare@fortiseyewear.co.uk with proof of purchase, issue description, and photos.
- Technician will assess and advise next steps.
- No receipt? Replacement fees apply.
- Not covered: Wear and tear, lens scratches, misuse, hinge/zip damage, or UV degradation.
Fortis Clothing
- Please refer to the care label inside your garment for washing, drying and re‑proofing guidance.
- Additional details can be found on the relevant product page.
- If you’re unsure, call us on 0203 441 6495 and we’ll be happy to advise.
Snugpak Garments
- Email aftercare@fortiseyewear.co.uk with proof of purchase, photos, and a completed Warranty Claim Form.
- Snugpak will issue a returns code and address. Do not return anything without this code.
- Manufacturing faults are covered under Snugpak’s warranty policy.
