What is Acetate?

Cellulose acetate is a plant-based material derived from wood fibres
and natural cotton. It is hypoallergenic, lightweight and exceptionally strong,

Each Detours frame is crafted from layered acetate blocks that are
cut, shaped, hand-polished and assembled with precision before being
quality checked in the UK.
